What for and how long?

If you send us the data, you give us your consent to use it to send you the  Historische Huizen newsletter. We retain your data for the next edition of the Historische Huizen newsletter unless you unsubscribe. 

Your rights

You are entitled at any time to view your data and rectify any errors.
Do you no longer want Ghent City Council to use your data? If so, let us know by sending an e-mail to privacy@stad.gent. You can also have your data erased.
Do you suspect that someone has used your personal data unlawfully? Let us know through privacy@stad.gent. 
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission.
