Visit

The city hall has been the centre of Ghent politics since the fourteenth century. Today, it is still the city’s administrative seat. People make wedding vows here, but you can also visit the building for a guided tour without the need for a wedding.

Practical information

You can visit the city hall reception on any working day from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. If you want to discover more, you can book a guided tour.
