Accessibility

We regret to announce that the city palaces are only partially accessible for wheelchair users. Provided that there is a tread, it is possible to visit the downstairs floor of d'Hane Steenhuyse.

In Arnold Vander Haegen House, we can grant you access to the ground floor, provided that our staff assist you. You can visit the gardens of Hotel d'Hane Steenhuyse and Arnold Vander Haegen House.

General guidelines

• Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs.
• Smoking is prohibited.
• Eating or drinking is prohibited in the various rooms.
• You may take photographs and film for private purposes. However, the use of flash photography and/or a tripod is prohibited.
